«Tilda Food & Bar» was opened by food enthusiasts in 2017 in Bolshoy Palashevsky Lane, near Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations. Over the years, the place has kept its character, while the kitchen is now headed by chef Alexander Shuba, who has worked with Carlo Cracco and Emanuele Pollini and taken part in projects by Lucky Group. The menu features signature dishes without unnecessary complexity: tartares, Argentine shrimp with ponzu sauce, crisp salads, Murmansk halibut, and a juicy burger. Alexander Shuba admits openly: his goal is to cook tasty, quality food without needless embellishment, and it shows in the dishes. The average check at the bar runs from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles — you can stop by for a quick lunch or spend a full evening with friends over signature dishes.
