Takeshi

«Takeshi» is a sushi bar located on the grounds of "Khlebozavod" near Dmitrovskaya metro station. The restaurant was named after a Japanese Akita, the owner's totem animal, who decided to create a corner of Japan here. The cuisine is Japanese and Asian: they make sushi, rolls, soups, poke bowls, and hot dishes, with traditional Japanese sweets for dessert. The drinks menu includes Japanese lemonade, coconut water, and Asian beer. The menu is updated every season, and portions are generous, made from fresh ingredients. The dining room is small, with seating for only 20 people — a good spot for lunch with colleagues, a gathering with friends, or a family visit. From May to October, a terrace overlooking the life of "Khlebozavod" is open. Four-legged friends are welcome here and are even treated to snacks. The chefs undergo training at the Japanese restaurant Take Do and are constantly honing their skills. Over 4 years, the «Takeshi» team has brewed 12 tons of rice, rolled 27,000 rolls, and made 142,000 pots of tea. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
