«Svoyo» is a farm-to-table bistro by chef and gastrobotanist Andrei Kolodyazhny, known for the projects Blush and «Dr. Zhivago». It is located at 3 Bolshoy Afanasyevsky Lane, building 3. The cuisine here is signature, with an emphasis on pasta — the chef builds the menu around farm products. The bar serves cocktails. The bistro's interior is warm and intimate: linen and wood, tables covered with tablecloths topped with dried flowers and wheat ears. The dining room features soft sofas, with light coming from retro lamps. The walls tell the story of the project — visitors can see the stories of the farmers who supply the produce, as well as a map of the regions the ingredients come from. This approach to the space's design highlights the main idea of the place — the connection between the restaurant and the farms on which the taste of the menu's dishes depends.
