About
Subbotitsa
«Subbotitsa» on Bagrationovsky Proezd is a branch of a Serbian restaurant whose history began in 2014 with the first location on the Garden Ring. The name comes from the Serbian city of Subotica, and its root is the word "subota," meaning weekend day. The creators added a second letter "b" so the word would sound clear to both Russians and Serbs, while keeping the warmth and joy of the weekend.
Restaurateur and co-owner Serge Toshich assembled his team back home: the cooks at «Subbotitsa» are natives of Serbia, and the waiters are experienced adult men with education, since in Serbia this profession is considered respectable. The kitchen employs 7 cooks, and 8 waiters serve guests in the dining rooms.
The establishment has 5 rooms for seating guests — among them the "Adriatica," "Karaoke," "Study," and "Fireplace" rooms, as well as the main hall. The menu includes 208 items, and guests are offered Serbian beer and wine.
