«SimpleWine» is located at Cheryomushkinsky Market — it's a fish restaurant from Novikov Group. The interior is laconic, with a distinct Mediterranean mood: the open kitchen is visible to guests, the furniture is made of textured wood, large windows let in plenty of light, and the tables are covered with checkered tablecloths. On the white wall, wooden oars are mounted instead of paintings. The kitchen is headed by Zakhar Ivanchenko, who previously worked at the restaurant «Klyovo». The menu features fish and seafood in all their forms: mussels, scallops and shrimp are served on sizzling pans, and Kamchatka crab claws can be tried solo or with kimchi and wasabi sauces. There are also bruschettas, pastas, tartares, poke, sushi, rolls, fresh oysters and hot dishes. The wine and bar menus were put together by head bartender Denis Konenkov.
