«Savoy» on Pushechnaya Street opened back in 1913 and still retains its historic appearance today. Gilded stucco molding and ceiling paintings coexist here with streamlined furniture and track lighting — crystal chandeliers have given way to more contemporary lighting. The interior balances between the image of an old Parisian Grand Café and the spirit of grand European restaurants, yet the place's recognizable character remains unchanged. The cuisine is built on a combination of French traditions and Russian accents. The menu features steaks, oysters, pelmeni, raw dishes, and European classics, complemented by a separate Russian cuisine section. The bar offers a signature cocktail menu, with some drinks dedicated to the hotel's famous guests, as well as house-made infusions. The restaurant is located a couple of minutes' walk from the Lubyanka and Kuznetsky Most metro stations. The average check is 3,000–6,000 ₽.
