Sangre Fresca

«Sangre Fresca» on Yermolayevsky Lane serves adapted South American cuisine. The people behind the project are Marco Antonio Ferreira and Glen Ballis, and their approach shows in every dish: octopus with Mexican-style rice, several kinds of tacos, empanadas, and a tortilla with ricotta and truffle. For dessert, there's churros coiled into a tight ring, topped with a scoop of cream ice cream. The bar deserves a mention of its own. «Sangre Fresca» is the first Moscow project to bring in bartenders from St. Petersburg's El Copitas. The menu includes a Piña Colada with a soft foam top, a classic Margarita, a Paloma, and mezcal served with traditional tomato sangrita. The average check at the restaurant runs from 3,000 to 6,000 rubles. It's easy to reach: three metro stations are nearby — Mayakovskaya, Krasnopresnenskaya, and Barrikadnaya.
