Rusalka Bistro

«Rusalka Bistro» in the village of Novinki, Istra District, builds its menu on Italian classics. The foundation was laid by brand chef Massimiliano Montirolli, known for the Tutto Bene and Gilda projects. Here this cuisine is called "cuisine of Lukomorye" — a gastronomic interpretation of dishes from Italy, Portugal, India, and South America that are popular in Russia. The cooks use various preparation techniques: churrasco skewer grilling, oven baking, cooking in salt and in a tandoor, as well as a raw bar section. The menu includes Roman-style pizza with seafood, spaghetti with crab, grilled shrimp, sea bass baked with potatoes, and Lookomorie fish soup with seafood. The restaurant's cuisine combines fish, Mediterranean, and Italian motifs. Among the drinks, worth noting are lemonades with unusual combinations — raspberry-lychee and passionfruit-cucumber, a pineapple-apple-strawberry smoothie, a strawberry milkshake, and non-alcoholic mulled wine. The restaurant is located in the Pavlovo Podvorye shopping center at the address: Novinki village, building 115, structure 5. The interior combines different stylistic directions — beyond the stained-glass windows, guests are greeted by a mix that the establishment itself calls neofolk. «Rusalka Bistro» hosts banquets and offers table reservations.
