Restoran Gryut

«Gryut» operates within the «Milan» hotel on Shipilovskaya Street, close to the Orekhovo and Domodedovskaya metro stations. The place also has its own brewery — brewing takes place right on site a couple of times a month. The venue offers six types of beer: from a simple pale lager to ales with varying degrees of bitterness and character. The result is genuine craft beer, brewed on the premises rather than brought in from elsewhere. The kitchen serves European cuisine, complemented by burgers and steaks — a lineup typical for hotel restaurants of this format. The menu is overseen by chef Ivan Kravets, who previously worked at the St. Petersburg restaurant «Dlinnyy khvost». The average check at «Gryut» ranges from 1000 to 3000 ₽, making dinner with a glass of house-brewed beer quite affordable.
