Relict Bar (formerly Debri)

«Relict Bar» (formerly Debri) is located at Smolenskaya, 6, and operates on the second floor above the modern Russian cuisine restaurant Relict. It is a concept cocktail bar where the theme of Russian nature and folk culture is revealed through design and drinks. The bar counter is made of solid log timber — massive, heavy, as if grown into the floor. The chandeliers resemble ancient clay pots, the lighting is dim, creating an intimate evening mood. The menu features cocktails based on local herbs, berries and infusions, as well as a wine list. As for food, here you can try dumplings (pelmeni) and dishes with author's plating that reference traditional Russian cuisine but are reimagined in a modern way. The venue's format combines a bar and a restaurant: upstairs you can sit with cocktails and snacks, while downstairs you can order a full dinner from Relict's menu. This tandem allows you to spend an evening both with a glass in hand and a hot dish on the table, without leaving one space on Smolenskaya Street.
