Radio

«Radio» is located in the «Supermetall» space on 2nd Baumanskaya Street — a greenhouse-style restaurant with a glass roof, plenty of light, and plants. The interior design was created by the White Studios and Loft Design teams, who previously worked on Blanc. The name refers to the idea of a radio station for like-minded people — those who value good food and the right music in equal measure. The kitchen at «Radio» is run by Nikita Gorshkov, who previously worked at Modus, AQ Kitchen, and Stories. The menu features mixed, European, and French cuisine with elements of comfort food and Pan-Asian notes. A particular point of pride for the place is its bar menu: head bartender Alexander Mitin from FLØR Group builds drinks around aromatic herbs and berries. In summer, guests of «Radio» can settle on the open terrace — it's dog-friendly, so you can come here with your pet.
