«PR11» on Sretenka is a Prosecco bar with signature cuisine, where the wine and the food are built around a single idea. Chef Luigi La Sala is responsible for the wine list and concept: the selection includes 15 Prosecco options and 18 still wines, among them some biodynamic ones. The cocktail list was put together by Alexander Parfenyuk, who previously worked at Strelka and Mendeleev. Here they make a Bellini from fresh peaches and several versions of a Spritz on different vermouths. The kitchen is run by Sergey Dushkov, whose experience includes L'Altro Bosco Cafe and Bosco Catering. The menu is built around small plates — cheeses, bruschettas, tartares, prosciutto. Among the hot dishes there are more substantial options: risotto with saffron, Prosecco, and asparagus, and vegetable tempura with sage. The interior is clean and restrained: marble tabletops, brass details, white brick walls. The average check is 1,500 ₽. Address: Sretenka, 7.
