About

Pechorin

«Pechorin» on 2nd Zvenigorodskaya is a European-cuisine gastrobistro with wine and cocktails that grew out of a bakery that has been baking bread since 2017. The bread-making roots are still felt here: the place started as an artisan bakery and still supplies bread to restaurants, cafés and bars across Moscow, while its own baked goods remain part of the venue's character. The bakery's range includes wheat and wheat-rye bread, rustic baguette, cheese ciabatta, fougasse with kalamata olives and tomatoes, Danish bread, choux bread and brioche. The average check at «Pechorin» is about 2,700 ₽, which suits dinner with wine or cocktails after a busy day. It's easy to reach: the metro stations «Oktyabrskaya» and «Shabolovskaya» are nearby. Besides the gastrobistro on Zvenigorodskaya, «Pechorin» has café-bakeries and corners at Moscow markets — all the bread is made using the same method, which gives it a springy crumb and a crisp crust.
