One Chef Studio

«One Chef Studio» is located on Petrovka Street, 30/7 in Moscow. It is an intimate restaurant with an open kitchen — guests can see the entire cooking process from start to finish. The project was originally conceived as a studio of one chef. Over time the format expanded, and now three chefs work in the kitchen at once, personally preparing and serving dishes to guests. Among them are Andrey Sokolov, known for his work at «Ptitsa i Pchely», Sempre, «Galka» and Soho; Zhan Uteuliev from Soho Family; and Konstantin Shuralev, who previously worked at «Gusyatnikoff» and «Rybny Bar». The menu features European and signature cuisine. The gastronomic offering is complemented by a wine list and cocktails — here you can pair a drink with every dish or simply spend an evening over a glass of wine. The venue's format involves direct communication with the chefs: they are present in the dining room, explaining cooking techniques and describing the composition of the dishes. This approach allows guests to see the restaurant kitchen not from its formal side, but from its working side — with all the details of the process.
