Oazis

«Oasis» is a restaurant and banquet hall in the village of Lapshinka, in the Moskovsky settlement area. It hosts weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events, and the menu blends European, Italian, and Caucasian dishes — enough variety to build a menu for any type of celebration. The kitchen is headed by chef Ravshan Adarsky, who has twelve years in the restaurant business and has taken part in launching eight projects from scratch. He studied Eastern cuisine in Tashkent, trained in French and Asian culinary techniques, studied at the Auguste Escoffier culinary academy and the Charrington school at Westminster, and worked as sous chef alongside Michelin-starred chef Thomas Neeser. This experience shows in the presentation and composition of the dishes on the restaurant's menu. Newlyweds at «Oasis» receive a hotel room as a gift, and guests celebrating an anniversary are given champagne at the table.
