Nouge bar

«Nouge bar» on Pokrovka was opened by guys who had spent 15 years in the confectionery business — supplying desserts and macaron pastries. Now they've launched a venue where wine and cocktails take center stage. The wine list was put together by Evgeny Kovalenko from Big Wine Freaks — it features familiar varietals from popular regions, as well as natural juice wines and pét-nats. The cocktail list is handled by head bartender Maxim Artemov, and the concept behind the signature drinks is built on purity and clarity of flavor. The coffee at the bar is roasted in-house. And that very «Napoleon» cake with raspberries, which the guys have been serving guests all these years, has stayed on the menu here too. The venue is located at: Pokrovka St., 10, bld. 1. The cuisine at «Nouge bar» is European, with an emphasis on the wine and cocktail component.
