Noor

«Noor» is located at Tverskaya, 23, just a short walk from the Mayakovskaya, Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations. It's a classic cocktail bar conceived by architect Sergey Pokrovsky in 2010. For 14 years now, the venue has been run by Marat Saddarov's team, and over that time the bar has become a notable spot on Moscow's bar scene. The menu at «Noor» is European, with an average check in the range of 1,000–3,000 ₽. The bar is open every day: on weekdays from 10:00 to 3:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays until 6:00 in the morning, so you can drop by early in the morning or late at night. The venue regularly hosts events — from Champions League broadcasts to music nights with DJs. At one such event, marking the opening of the summer courtyard, performers included Black Lenin, Lapti, Gold, Lena Estetica, Sergey Sanchez, and others. The bar also sells its own merch: records, posters, and other items with Noor branding.
