Muse

«Muse» opened on Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street in October 2021 — a project by restaurateur Alexander Oganezov. Brand chef Rustam Khaidarov, who previously worked at WRF, built the menu at the intersection of comfort food, Indian and Mediterranean recipes. The restaurant has a raw bar with salmon tartare, tuna and beef carpaccio. Among the appetizers, guests single out eggplant with stracciatella, brussels sprouts with tuna sauce, and octopus carpaccio. The hot menu includes mushroom and truffle risotto, orzo with smoked eel, and cacio e pepe with stracciatella and truffle. The restaurant's interior was created by designer Evgenia Uzhegova of Living Now studio. According to her, the result is "a mix of a monastery and a spaceship" — a light and relaxed space with depth and layering. The dining room features a cylindrical wine cabinet, a large handmade ceramic cube, and a corner bar counter that seems to break up the space. Lighting plays a distinct role here: from warm accent lighting to colored, dramatic effects, it enhances the minimalist but carefully considered interior details. «Muse» also has wine and bar menus. The restaurant is located at Bolshaya Nikitskaya, 14/2, building 7, near the Biblioteka imeni Lenina, Arbatskaya, Alexandrovsky Sad, and Borovitskaya metro stations. The average check ranges from 3,000 to 6,000 rubles.
