Munterra

«Munterra» is a two-story lounge space near Krasnye Vorota metro station, at Sadovaya-Chernogryazskaya, 10/25. Inside, live greenery sits alongside neon lights, and the place itself is conceived as a portal where time moves differently — for relaxing, recharging, and meeting up. The kitchen here is mixed: the team works at the intersection of European, pan-Asian, and Italian traditions, serving dishes in a signature interpretation. The menu is overseen by brand chefs Sergey Sushchenko and Alexander Stakheev together with head chef Pavel Drovnyashin. A particular point of pride for the place are the signature bowls, which, according to the team, hold the history and philosophy of Munterra. The bar menu was put together by Maxim Meshcheryakov, creator of a cocktail lineup where flavors and textures come together into a separate "alchemy." The wine list is curated by sommelier Anna Iron, who selects items, many of which can't be found in stores or in other Moscow establishments. The average check at Munterra is 3,000–6,000 ₽.
