«Meat Dealers» at the «Depo. Moskva» food mall is a restaurant, butcher shop, and take-away all in one. The project is built on a full-cycle approach to meat: carcasses are butchered on site, cuts are aged in a dry-aging room, and finished dishes are served, with every stage visible to visitors. You can watch the butchers debone the meat while the shop's display cases are stocked with cuts of beef, veal, and lamb, along with meat preparations and delicatessen items. The restaurant menu offers a wide selection of steaks, tartares, tataki, sashimi, cheeks, tails, and bone marrow. In the take-away section, you can pick a steak straight from the display case and order it cooked to your preference, as well as get sandwiches to go, including the signature pastrami sandwich. The shop is open from 10:00 to 22:00, the restaurant from 12:00 to 23:00. The venue is located at 20 Lesnaya Street, Building 3, near Belorusskaya, Novoslobodskaya, and Mendeleevskaya metro stations. The average check is 3,000 to 6,000 rubles. Delivery is available, and there's a 10% daily discount on all raw meat to take home.
