«Meat_coin» is located in the «Smolenskiy Passazh» shopping mall near Smolenskaya metro station. It's the chain's second location; the first opened in St. Petersburg in 2018. The cuisine here is chef-driven, built around meat and presented in the dramatic style of Turkish steakhouses. Chef Mehmet Çalışkan personally comes out to the table, carves the meat in front of guests, and theatrically plants his knife in the cutting board. Some dishes, including the burgers, are served with 999 gold. The menu includes beef asado ribs, beef lokum, a whole lamb side, pistachio lamb kebab, and kofte with cheese. Grilled vegetables and Turkish desserts round out the meat-focused menu. The average check is 1,500 rubles.
