«Lure» on Sadovaya-Samotechnaya Street serves Latin American cuisine, though on general lists the place is also filed under French, Italian, Mediterranean, and Eastern traditions. It recalls the flavors of Yucatán and the streets of Mexico City: fresh tortillas, achiote marinades, smoky mezcal, ceviche made from morning-fresh fish. The menu has six categories and more than six signature dishes, ranging from appetizers to drinks. Tacos are a category of their own: "Al pastor" with achiote-marinated pork and pineapple, "Carnitas" with slow-cooked pork and salsa verde, "Barbacoa" with braised beef and chipotle, fish "Pesque" with a crisp crust, and a vegan option with black beans and avocado. Ceviche comes in dorado with lime and jalapeño, tuna with avocado and Tabasco, and "Tropical" with shrimp, mango, and coconut. Among the appetizers are classic guacamole with corn chips and queso fundido. The bar is built around tequila and mezcal: a margarita with orange liqueur and a salted rim, a paloma with grapefruit juice, a mezcal old fashioned with agave and bitters. Non-alcoholic options include a hibiscus lemonade with karkade and mint and iced mate tea with lemon and honey. For dessert there are churros with dulce de leche, and shakshuka appears among the breakfast dishes.
