Loave

«Loave» is a bakery on Pyatnitskaya Street, building 22, structure 1. The menu features desserts, European and signature cuisine dishes, as well as specialty coffee. The project was created by Irina Zubchyonok — the same team behind St. Petersburg's Civil and Zoe. The design and identity of the bakery were handled by Adept.works studio. The result turned out minimalist and modern, yet calm: the space is dominated by a light, concise palette, while sharp geometric forms coexist with softer lines, creating a restrained, well-thought-out image of the space. This approach to design makes «Loave» a place you want to linger in — just to sit with a cup of coffee or choose something from the desserts. The bakery's concept is built on a balance between concise design and attention to detail, which is felt in everything — from the interior to the plating of dishes. At the moment, the establishment is temporarily closed.
