Leveldva

«Leveldva» is located at 12 Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street, on the second floor, a few minutes' walk from the Lenin Library, Arbatskaya, Alexander Garden, and Borovitskaya metro stations. The restaurant was opened by restaurateur, promoter, and visionary Ilya Tyutenkov, and from the very start it hasn't followed the usual restaurant rules. There's no permanent head chef in the classic sense — Luigi Magni oversees the overall direction of the kitchen, while the menu changes without a fixed schedule, staying alive and unpredictable. The kitchen at «Leveldva» combines European, American, Italian, and Japanese traditions with original experiments. The average check is 3,000 to 6,000 rubles. On weekends, the restaurant hosts brunches with guest chefs from kindred venues, so the dishes and presentation are different every time. Beyond food, «Leveldva» has a life in music: the venue runs a label of the same name, which develops its own style — chillrave, born right here. The label's releases come out on Bandcamp, making this place not just a restaurant but a meeting point of food and Moscow's music culture.
