«Letnyaya veranda TsMT» occupies 270 square meters on the first floor of the complex at 12 Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment. The space is filled with light and air thanks to a retractable ceiling and walls that rise in warm weather. Built-in humidification, cooling, and heating systems maintain a comfortable temperature in any season, and a flexible seating layout allows the venue's format to be adjusted for a specific task. From here, there are views of the Moskva River embankment, a city park, and the Moscow-City skyscrapers. The venue is suitable for banquets for 120 people and receptions for 200 people, while business formats accommodate 100 guests. For larger events, the «Veranda» can be combined with the DORCHESTER hall, increasing the space and capacity. The cuisine here is signature, built on a fusion approach. The veranda has a separate car entrance leading directly to the entrance, as well as its own entry point to the venue, which simplifies logistics for events of any scale. An additional open area is provided for a welcome reception before the main part of the event.
