Lastochka

«Lastochka» is a two-deck restaurant-yacht at the South Pier in Luzhniki, with views of the embankment and Sparrow Hills right from the window. It's moored at the same complex, so from your table you can watch the river traffic and city views at any time of day. The finishes use materials from yacht building — natural teak, metal and glass — giving the interior a nautical character. The lower deck has two rooms with wicker furniture and soft sofas, seating 180 people in total: suitable for family celebrations and corporate gatherings. A wooden spiral staircase leads upstairs to five VIP rooms seating 25 people each and a main hall for 120 guests. In the evening, candles are lit on the tables here, and the city lights reflect in the water — the atmosphere shifts to something more intimate and romantic. The kitchen is headed by chef Domenico Filippone, an Italian with experience working in restaurants of Alain Ducasse, Gualtiero Marchesi and Enoteca Pinchiorri. The menu focuses on Italian classics: ravioli with foie gras and Kamchatka crab, homemade pasta, risotto, carpaccio, tartare, ceviche and spicy vegetable salads. The dessert section features traditional European cakes and pastries made in-house. The kitchen also includes Russian and Japanese dishes that complement the main menu line.
