La Maree

«La Maree» in Zhukovka on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway is part of a chain of gastronomic restaurants created by Russia's largest supplier of fish, seafood, and delicacies from around the world. The kitchen serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, with seafood delivered in the shortest possible time after catch. Freshness of ingredients is the principle on which the entire operation of the restaurant is built. The restaurant has its own fish shop attached to it — a small store with display cases covered in crushed ice and aquariums holding fish and seafood from various countries, seas, and oceans. Guests can buy fresh products or order ready-made dishes right there, and the restaurant delivers using its own vehicles and staff. The restaurant welcomes guests daily from 12:00 to 24:00. In addition to its main dining room, La Marée provides catering for events with carefully arranged table settings and service, and also handles in-flight catering for business aviation, serving airports in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and the French Riviera.
