«Krombacher Beer&Kitchen» occupies the ground floor of the Sheraton Palace Hotel at 19 1st Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, near Belorusskaya and Mayakovskaya metro stations. It's a large venue with 200 seats, a joint project by restaurateur Denis Ivanov, known for the Ku: ramen chain and the «Sibirsibir» restaurant, and the German brewery Krombacher. The menu is built around beer and pairs with it accordingly: pork ribs braised in stout, beef baked in Worcestershire sauce, forshmak made from olyutorsky herring, burgers, rack of lamb, duck in plum sauce, and roasted bone marrow. The cuisine is mixed, with American and German accents, which makes sense for a beer restaurant of this format. The average check here is 3,000–6,000 rubles.
