Kolbasnyy tsekh

«Kolbasnyy tsekh» has opened in Luzhniki next to the renovated ice rink, in the Pinskiy&Co gastro space. The restaurant is run by Anton Pinsky together with Arkady Novikov, and it's another outlet of their meat-focused chain in Moscow. The cuisine here is mixed, and the average check per person is around 3,000 rubles. The interior is built on a contrast between rugged and warm elements. Brick walls sit alongside leather armchairs, metal barrels are placed around the dining room, and bull horns appear in the decor — all of this sets the tone for a place where meat is the central theme. The restaurant is easy to reach from CSKA metro station; it is located at 24 Luzhniki Street, building 47.
