IKIGAI

«IKIGAI» at 211 Prospekt Mira is a Japanese food spot in the CITY FOOD hall. It serves ramen, bowls, rolls and other Asian dishes to go or by delivery. The menu offers eight kinds of ramen: creamy salmon ramen, pork ramen with egg and bamboo shoots, seafood ramen, beef kimchi ramen, spicy sesame-nut beef ramen, miso ramen with chicken and soy sprouts, double chicken cheese ramen, and duck ramen with shiitake mushrooms and ajitama egg. Among the bowls, worth trying are the vegan quinoa bowl, a chicken bowl with unagi sauce, one with unagi-glazed baked salmon, one with tuna, mango and avocado, and one with tempura tiger shrimp. There's also udon with chicken and vegetables and udon with seafood. The rolls at «IKIGAI» feature Kamchatka crab, eel, salmon and tuna in various combinations: Philadelphia with salmon and cream cheese, a seared roll with salmon, tuna and chili, a baked roll with salmon, tuna and eel, and a roll with tempura shrimp, mango and cream cheese. Starters include chuka salad with citrus cucumbers, spinach and nut sauce, as well as gyoza with tiger shrimp.
