The project combines pizza with signature cuisine featuring European, American, and Italian notes — the team focuses on seasonal ingredients and unconventional flavor combinations. The menu includes more than 15 types of appetizers and hot dishes, salads, desserts, and special offers that change throughout the day. There are oysters and items that pair well with wine from the neighboring wine list — thanks to the Coravin system, wine can be tasted by the glass while the bottle stays unoxidized and keeps its flavor intact.
