Hite

«Hite» is a Korean restaurant at Trekhgornaya Manufaktura, near Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro station. It serves grilled dishes with lettuce leaves included free of charge — guests use them to wrap the meat, following traditional Korean custom. The menu features samgyeopsal, chadolbaegi, bulgogi, beef and lamb galbi, as well as seafood, poultry, and pork dishes. Besides grilled meat, the restaurant offers soups, noodles, rice dishes, dumplings, salads, and sushi and rolls. Among the appetizers, it's worth mentioning jeon — Korean pancakes made with zucchini, squid, eggs, and tofu — as well as gim and kimchi. The average check is 3,000 to 6,000 ₽. «Hite» is open from 12:00 to 00:00 and seats guests at regular tables or in karaoke rooms — reservations can be made in advance. The restaurant also offers home delivery. Guests celebrating their birthday get a 20% discount, and grilled main dishes come with complimentary appetizers.
