Grand Cru City

«Grand Cru City» is a wine restaurant serving signature and European cuisine in Moscow, located in the "Gorod Stolits" business center at 8 Presnenskaya Embankment. The chef here is David Emmerle, whose name is linked to the restaurant's culinary direction. The menu features dishes with carefully considered presentation and composition: a trilogy of artichokes and green asparagus, egg in two textures under green sauce with pike roe and crispy asparagus, stuffed purple artichoke with ricotta and Espelette pepper, and artichoke ravioli with cream sauce and spinach.
