Gostevaya Izba

«Gostevaya Izba» is located in Sergiev Posad, at 133B Krasnoy Armii Prospekt. The establishment is part of the «Sergiev Kanon» project, which builds its cuisine on Russian traditions and product quality. Here, three principles are followed: only proper ingredients are used, with no substitutes; old recipes and raw material production methods are applied; and attention is paid to the state of mind of the people who prepare the food. The restaurant's menu is built on Russian cuisine. It is based on natural, in-house-made products: bread, pies, cheeses, sbitni and syrups, and confectionery. «Gostevaya Izba» is part of the larger hospitality complex «Sergiev Kanon», which also includes the Trapeznaya Palata, Kelarsky Dvorik, the Gastronom on Krasnogorskaya, and the «Makovets» restaurant complex. This approach allows guests to experience authentic Russian cuisine prepared according to canons and traditions.
