Gem

«Gem» is a signature-cuisine restaurant in the «Presnya-siti» residential complex, near Belorusskaya, Begovaya, and Ulitsa 1905 Goda metro stations. This is Anastasia Shmeleva's first project in the complex, and the venue immediately positions itself as a multifunctional space with an open kitchen and bar. The dining room seats 32, and floor-to-ceiling windows fill it with light and a sense of spaciousness. A distinctive feature of the interior is a tank with fresh seafood and one of the longest wine cabinets in the city, reflecting a serious approach to the wine list. The menu is built around quality ingredients and includes several sections: seasonal offerings, the main menu, breakfasts, a separate wine and bar list, and a children's menu. The average check at «Gem» is 3,000–6,000 rubles, in keeping with the signature-cuisine format and the venue's thought-out concept. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 to 23:00, welcoming guests for breakfast as well as for a full lunch or dinner.
