«FCPub» is a democratic steakhouse on Novoslobodskaya, where the focus is on conscious meat consumption. Behind the project is Dmitry Levitsky, co-owner of the «Dorogaya, ya perezvonyu» bar chain. The main idea of the venue is not to limit itself to premium cuts, which make up only 10-12% of the carcass, but to show guests the taste of other parts of the cow. That's why the menu features about ten alternative steaks made from Voronezh beef and only two premium options for those who prefer the classics. Besides steaks, they prepare braised tails, roasted bone marrow, glazed ribs, and slow-cooked cheeks — dishes rarely found in ordinary steakhouses. This approach to the menu allows guests to try beef in all its variety of flavors and textures, not just the usual tenderloin. The place is suitable for those who are interested in gastronomy and want to learn more about different parts of the carcass, rather than simply eat a steak.
