«Found Rāmen & Rekōdo» is a Japanese restaurant on Stoleshnikov Lane, with entrance from the courtyard of building 11. It serves Asian cuisine with a focus on ramen, and alongside the bowls sits a record shop — an unusual combination for a ramen bar format. The place grew out of the Found Record Store & Pizzeria project, only this time the team has bet on Japanese recipes. The interior is done in a japandi style: minimalism, live plants, and shelves of vinyl records create an atmosphere equally suited to lunch or an evening visit for a DJ set.
