«Est khinkali, pit vino» on Povarskaya Street is part of the restaurant chain run by LL Group, founded by Lika Lewin and Arda Tuzhba. The concept dates back to 2015, when a khinkali house with an open kitchen opened in Patriarshiye — there, guests could watch khinkali from different regions of Georgia being made. The format proved so successful that it grew into a full chain, and the restaurant on Povarskaya is the fifth location of the project and the seventh venue of the holding overall. The cuisine here is Georgian with elements of European cooking — the concept is built around the menu's main stars: khinkali and wine. The restaurant is a short walk from Arbatskaya metro station, at 8/1 Povarskaya Street. The average check per person is 1,000 to 3,000 rubles, which makes it suitable both for a quick lunch and for a leisurely evening with a glass of wine. The restaurant continues the traditions of authentic Caucasian cuisine but presents it in a modern format — just like other restaurants in the LL Group holding, including ShOTA and Laffa Laffa.
