«Est khinkali, pit vino» on Pyatnitskaya is part of the LL Group restaurant holding, founded by Lika Lewin and Arda Tuzhba. This is the fifth restaurant in the chain, which grew out of the iconic khinkali restaurant on Patriarshie Prudy, opened in 2015. The concept remains the same: khinkali from different regions of Georgia, made right in the open kitchen in front of guests. The restaurant is a short walk from Novokuznetskaya and Tretyakovskaya metro stations, at 6/1 Pyatnitskaya Street, building 1. The cuisine is Georgian, with an emphasis on authentic recipes, and the average check ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles — suitable both for lunch with colleagues and dinner with wine. The project continues the traditions set by the first khinkali restaurant and follows the overall philosophy of the LL Group holding, which also includes the restaurants ShOTA and Laffa Laffa.
