Elysium Hall

«Elysium Hall» is a restaurant of author's Russian-French cuisine on Prechistenskaya Embankment. Here concrete walls coexist with empty gilded frames, bright sofas and chairs, while panoramic windows open onto a view of the embankment. The menu is overseen by chef Ilya Kokotovsky, known for his work at «Tsirk» and «Inostrantsy». He reinterprets classic dishes of European and Russian cuisine, serving them in his own signature style. Worth trying are oyster mushrooms with cloudberry dip, spelt porridge with honey mushrooms, braised cabbage steak with sunflower urbech and velouté sauce, as well as confit rooster leg.
