«Eliso» is a modern Georgian bistro on Povarskaya Street, 29/36s1. Here classic Caucasian and Georgian cuisine meets gastronomic twists: the menu features khinkali, khachapuri, Adjarian khachapuri and other dishes of Eastern cuisine, as well as khinkali with salmon — a signature take on the traditional recipe.
