«Dom kultur» occupies the second floor of the multicultural cluster of the same name at the start of Sretenka Street, sharing the building with the café Food. Rec. on the first floor and the Mute hair salon on the third. Behind the project is a team with backgrounds in theater and restaurants: Igor Podstreshny, Olga Korneeva, and Pyotr Rabchevsky from the Burger Heroes chain; Nikita Kukushkin, actor and director at Gogol Center, together with his wife, actress Anna Nazarova; and entrepreneurs Mikhail Senkevich and Natalya Strizhakova. The kitchen is built around comfort food — dishes that look simple at first glance but carry the chef's own touch. The menu combines European and mixed formats, with an average check in the range of 1,000–3,000 ₽. Breakfast is served all day, making it convenient for both an early visit and a late lunch. On weekends the restaurant turns into a venue for brunches with city institutions and media, partnering with Esquire, Afisha Daily, Gogol Center, MMOMA, MAMM, and the Pushkin Museum. These formats make «Dom kultur» more than just a spot on the Sretenka map — it becomes a meeting point for Moscow's various cultural communities. Getting there is easy — three metro stations are nearby: Sukharevskaya, Turgenevskaya, and Sretensky Bulvar. The restaurant itself is located at Sretenka, 23/25, building 1.
