Dom Belogo Zhuravlya

«Dom Belogo Zhuravlya» is a tea club on Borby Square, where tea is drunk unhurriedly and by people who genuinely know the craft. The selection includes Chinese and Taiwanese varieties: several types of Tie Guan Yin, GABA, white and green tea, shu and sheng pu-erh, rock and Dancong oolongs, red Jin Jun Mei and Lapsang Souchong, and Yunnan Dian Hong. There is also a separate selection of herbal blends, Ivan tea (fireweed) and saghan-dali for those who prefer caffeine-free tea. The club holds Chinese and Japanese tea ceremonies, ranging from the short "Touch" tea session to the deeper "Flight of the Crane" and "High States" practices. The space also functions as an anti-café: you can rent a table by the hour and order drinks, light snacks and sweets from the tea menu. The club is located on the 4th floor of the INBI building, near Novoslobodskaya, Mendeleevskaya and Dostoevskaya metro stations. Open daily from 11:00 to 22:00; tables can be booked in advance.
