This is already the third joint project by Arkady Novikov and brand chef Cihan Deniz, combining Turkish cuisine and steak culture. The average check here is 6,000 rubles. The restaurant's space is designed as a lavish Eastern house. The dining rooms are filled with live greenery, massive bronze chandeliers hang from the ceilings, soft cushions are arranged on the sofas, and the walls are decorated with painted artwork. This setting sets the tone for the entire establishment — from the way dishes are presented to the overall mood of the room. «Cihan»'s cuisine combines Turkish traditions with the art of cooking meat over fire. Two directions come together here: classic Eastern dishes and steaks prepared according to the brand chef's original recipes.
