Cihan Steak and Kebab

«Cihan Steak and Kebab» on Novy Arbat, 21 is a restaurant of Turkish and Eastern cuisine in the very center of Moscow. The establishment is part of Novikov Group, a group of companies uniting more than 350 restaurants across Russia, including the chains «Magadan», «Syrovarnya», «5642 Vysota», «Farsh», «Kolbasny Tsekh» and other well-known projects. The restaurant's menu is built on the traditions of Turkish gastronomy — here they prepare steaks and kebabs following classic recipes of Eastern cuisine. Its location on one of Moscow's main streets makes this place a convenient option for those who find themselves in the Novy Arbat area and want to try dishes of Turkish cuisine. Novikov Group, of which the restaurant is a part, began its history with the opening of iconic Moscow establishments — the restaurant «Sirena», and later «Tsarskaya Okhota», which was popular among public and political figures. Later the group went international, opening a restaurant in London's Mayfair district, and in 2021 presented the fine-dining project ARTEST.
