«Chalet» is located between Istra and Krasnogorsk, in the village of Lobanovo. The restaurant is built like a genuine alpine chalet — with wooden ceilings, massive beams, and real tree trunks inside the dining room. The bar is built from stacked firewood, and above guests' heads hangs a huge chandelier woven from ropes. The space is on two levels, so it's easy to find either a secluded table or a spot with a view of the whole room. The menu features European, Mediterranean, and fish cuisine. Game dishes and meat cooked over an open fire hold a special place, a format that underscores the restaurant's countryside character and hunting-lodge atmosphere.
