Carniceria Vino

«Carniceria Vino» is a meat restaurant on Solyanka, 1/2s1, in Moscow. The venue is located in a basement space, right beneath the Masa Madre bakery, and specializes in steaks, European cuisine, desserts, and a wine list. Behind the project is restaurateur Denis Bobkov, founder of Pub Life Group and creator of the restaurant «Buro Nakhodok» (Lost and Found). The hall's design features European strictness: wooden furniture, clean lines, and minimal decorative details. This approach to the interior echoes the philosophy of the kitchen, where the emphasis is on product quality and classic meat-cooking techniques. The menu brings together dishes built around steaks — from classic cuts to signature interpretations. The meat lineup is complemented by European appetizers and desserts, while the wine list is curated to highlight the flavor of the main dishes. The basement location beneath the bakery gives the restaurant a special atmosphere — guests find themselves in a space set apart from the city's noise, yet located in the very heart of Moscow, next to Solyanka's historic landmarks.
