Birds

«Birds» is a signature-cuisine restaurant in Moscow City, on 1st Krasnogvardeysky Proezd, occupying the upper floors of the «OKO» tower. In summer, a spacious terrace opens here on the 86th floor — a panoramic glass enclosure and a retractable roof shield guests from the weather and let them enjoy the view of the city in any conditions. There is no other summer terrace of this shape in the capital. The cuisine at «Birds» is built on a mix of cultures: contemporary interpretations of African dishes sit alongside refined Moscow-style presentation that shows respect for traditional cooking techniques. A particular point of pride is the dessert menu, created by pastry chef Fatima Saleh. Her creations combine classic pastry techniques with an original approach and serve as the finishing touch to every dinner. In the evenings, the terrace turns into a space with DJ sets — the bird's-eye panorama of Moscow is complemented by a live music program. Dinner here is structured as a journey: from the first courses to the final dessert, guests move through different flavor stories, united by the place's overall philosophy — bringing together cultures, tastes, and emotions in one space.
