Balanch

«Balanch» is a healthy-eating café on Kuznetsky Most, 21/5. Here they cook in European, signature, and Italian style, focusing on light and straightforward dishes that can be eaten every day without feeling heavy. The interior is thought out down to the details: the designers blended Japanese-Scandinavian japandi minimalism with futuristic touches. The space is kept in a light palette — it visually expands the room and creates a sense of spaciousness. Standing out in the setting are massive armchairs that set the tone for the whole interior, and chandeliers of an unusual, almost alien shape — they become a kind of art object of the room. The healthy menu is overseen by Evgenia Weber, known for the REfresh project. Her approach is dishes in which care for health does not conflict with taste. One example is a poke bowl with salmon and corn: a fresh, balanced dish suitable both for a quick lunch and for a more relaxed visit. «Balanch» is designed for those looking for delicious food without unnecessary complications — with a clear composition and attention to detail both on the plate and in the space around it.
