«AVIV» operates on the grounds of the «Zhukovka» Jewish Cultural Center on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway. The kitchen is strictly kosher, and the space itself is organized into four formats at once — a dairy café, a meat restaurant, a banquet hall, and a seasonal veranda. This division is not accidental: the venue regularly hosts religious feasts and corporate celebrations, so the menu is designed for large groups and generous portions. Guests are offered a seven-kilogram baked turkey and a shah-plov weighing more than two kilograms. The menu also includes a homemade roast beef of half a kilo and an olivier salad of almost the same volume — dishes meant for a feast, not a modest snack. The average check at «AVIV» stays in the range of 1000–3000 ₽, which makes it possible to order both an everyday lunch and a table for a festive evening.
